Do you want to enjoy delicious pancakes that are nutritious and full of protein?
You have to try these Banana and Honey protein pancakes with Walnuts, Peanut Butter and Chia Seeds!
Ingredients:
1 scoop x ISO whey protein
1 tsp x honey
1 tsp x peanut butter
200ml oat milk
1.5 cups x plain flour
1tsp x baking powder
3 x eggs
Toppings -
1x banana
5x hazelnuts
1 tsp x chai seeds
1 tsp x peanut butter
Drizzle of honey
Method:
1) use a small amount of coconut oil in a pan and get up to a medium heat.
2) pour in your mixture and tilt the pan so mixture is fully even.
3)slightly lift the bottom side of the pancake and check for colour then flip accordingly.
4) keep on other side till fully cooked through, then repeat.
