Long Course Weekend and British activewear brand Sundried have teamed up to offer one lucky winner the chance to win a £75 Sundried voucher and two entries into LCW Yorkshire worth up to £640. This epic new three-day multi-sport event takes place from 6th to 8th September and features swimming, running, and cycling events, aimed at all abilities.
About Long Course Weekend Yorkshire
Great for any fitness enthusiast looking for a new challenge, LCW Yorkshire (organised by Activity Wales Events) is one of only a handful of sports festivals that encompasses swimmers, cyclists, runners, and triathletes over one weekend. This unique event caters for athletes of all abilities enabling them to create their own bespoke challenge.
The prize winner can participate in one of the individual disciplines or to take part in all three – mixing and matching the distances for each that suits them best.
Set in Masham on the outskirts of Nidderdale Area of Outstanding National Beauty, the first Long Course Weekend in England is expected to bring athletes from across the globe to compete over three incredible days of world-class sport.
Friday kicks off with the 1.2 or 2.4 mile Yorkshire Dales Swim, offering the unique opportunity to swim in the stunning Grimwith Reservoir, deep in the Yorkshire Dales.
Saturday will see cyclists participate in the Yorkshire Dales Sportive. Starting from Masham Market Square, the 56 or 112 mile bike courses set in The Yorkshire Dales National Park incorporates some of the sections in Tour de Yorkshire, Tour De France, and UCI courses.
The weekend finishes on the Sunday, with the choice of a Marathon, Half Marathon,10k or 5k taking in some spectacular countryside and ending in Masham with a red-carpet finish line. The prize, worth up to £640, will include event entry and medals for each of the events entered. The winner simply needs to choose the events and distances they would like to participate in when they claim their prize.

How Do I Enter?
All you have to do to enter this competition is answer the question and fill out the form below. Entries are limited to one per person. The competition runs between Friday 12th April and Friday 10th May 2024, entries submitted after this date will not be eligible.
Competition Terms and Conditions
By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Activity Wales Events.
a. No purchase is necessary
b. Entrants must complete the competition entry form within the valid competition dates specified: Friday 12th April and 23:59 Friday 10th May 2024
c. Employees of Sundried, Activity Wales Events and any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition.
d. The competition winner must choose which disciplines and distances they would like to enter in the Long Course Weekend Yorkshire event.
e. The prize is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute with prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
f. The prize does not include accommodation, travel/transportation, or any other costs of a personal nature including insurance and spending money.
g. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative. Prize may not be sold on online auction sites.
h. No refunds will be given if the prize is not redeemed
i. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on 11th May 2024. Activity Wales Events will make two attempts to contact the winner by email. If the winner does not response to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Activity Wales Events reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
j. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and a resident of the UK. When contacted, the winner may be asked to provide proof of age. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prize that may be awarded to you.
k. Upon confirmation of acceptance, the winner’s first name may be announced on the Activity Wales and Sundried social media channels.
l. Prize information will be sent out via email after the winner has accepted their prize.
m. Sundried voucher prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

p. Activity Wales Events decision on any aspects of the competition is final and binding, and no other correspondence will be entered into about it.

r. Activity Wales Events reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to cancel the competition or amend the terms and conditions.
