John Wood


John has been involved in swimming for the last 25 years and has competed at National and International levels. Within this period he has been swim coaching and taught for the last 15 years including multiple national finalists and champions.

He took up triathlon 10 years ago successfully competing at 4 European Age Group Championships, with a best placing of 4th in 2012 in Eilat, Israel. He has the knowledge and first-hand experience of racing all distances of triathlon, from super-sprint to Ironman, having started with the intention of just doing a couple of races for fun! He started coaching triathlon and running in the last six years.
