Mini sprint and sprint distance triathlon.

The inaugural Mumbles Mile Triathlon will be held over two distances which will offer athletes of all abilities a race that they won’t forget.

Both races will swim 750m in the safe and idyllic setting of Mumbles bay.

The short sprint athletes will ride will 21km of the famous Gower roads with the long sprint athletes taking on a testing 32k ride which has everything an athlete can dream of, follwed by a fast, flat and pictures 2.5k for the short and 5k for the long sprint run along the shore line of Mumbles Bay.
