Meet our new sport therapists – SW Sport Therapy

SW Sport Therapy is proud to be teaming up with Activity Wales to provide Sports Therapy for the entire Activity Wales Events series this year. SW Sport Therapy is owned and run by Vicki White and Ben Silverstone who together have nearly 20 years’ experience in Sports Therapies.

Vicki is the owner of Vicki White Sports Therapy and has been a full time therapist for 9 years She has worked closely with a number of elite athletes and sport teams such as British Triathlon, Swansea City FC & Welsh Ladies Football Squad.

Ben has practiced and lectured in Sports Therapies and Sports Science for 10 years, lecturing in Nutrition, Anatomy, Sports Massage and Sports Injuries. He also has a private massage practice and has worked with a number of elite athletes including Iron Man competitors.

The aim of SW Sport Therapy is to provide the highest quality service to athletes at all events, to support performance and to provide advice on injury prevention and recovery. Our range of services will include pre and post event massage as well as K taping at larger events. Our team of therapists has been carefully selected to ensure that you get the most from your treatment and can enjoy your events to the full.

SW Therapy will be introducing a number of treatments for supporters too at this years Long Course Weekend held in Tenby on July 11-13th,  now the countries largest Multi sport event.

Pre-booking for event treatment is highly recommended and will be available through the Activity Wales Events entry pages. There are a number of packages available for different events and these carry a discount when pre-booked. With pre-booking you will be assured a treatment when you need it.
